We also understand that sometimes you may have different expectations of the product. Although the possibility of this happening is very small, if you have this idea, please be aware of the following terms related to product returns.
- 1. The user makes repeated purchases in the same period due to misoperation.
- 2. After canceling the subscription, the automatic renewal fee still needs to be paid.
- 3. When technical problems occur, we do not provide an effective solution.
Eligible for full or partial refund:
In the following cases, if the order is within 7 days, the user can provide the order number and explain it to us, and we will refund you.
- 1. The refund request exceeds the 7-day refund guarantee period, for example, submitting a refund request on the 8th day from the date of purchase.
- 2. Unable to meet your suggestions for the product. We encourage you to read the product details and try the experience before making a final purchase decision.
- 3. Due to different policies in different countries, it is necessary to apply for tax refund.
- 4. Refund request for inability to use the software due to misoperation or poor operating system.
- 5. Request for refund of the difference between the price you have paid and the promotional price.

- 7. Refund request for membership purchased from other platforms or dealers.
